Let me start by saying that this place will work with you and help you tackle pretty much anything. They do inspections, emissions, parts-ordering (or work with you to order aftermarket parts), provide quotes pre-visit, offer sound financially-advantageous advice, etc. I have been working with them for a year now to rebuild a 07' Impreza. I love this car but it picked up some annoying/worrying issues at the 110,000 mile mark. Over the next few months I worked with the owner and his team to install performance brake calipers, pads, brake fluid, and rotors (personal project). I then ordered various other aftermarket parts, which they installed days after I received the parts (via the online appointment feature and email to/from the manager). They've worked with me to replace the following issues: inner-fender lining of my front-right wheel, all struts/shocks, various lateral/support wheel joints, and 3 half-shaft drive axles. There were bigger and more defining moments that really led me to writing this review. 1) One of them was when my rear-left wheel bearing started to fail - due to an unforeseen pricing concern where they had to send out parts to press a bearing to my car's wheel hub I was charged more than expected (except for that I wasn't). The manager, within seconds, worked with me bring the price down to the quote-level created before the repair. 2) The 2nd time was when the manager offered to send a mechanic with me in a ride-along to diagnose an issue that he and I could not figure out. After the ride along with the mechanic we both saw the issue (clunking drive shafts in the front), ordered the parts, set the appointment, and fixed the car. A year later I have no issues - everything is where I want it. I am sure my vehicle will be free from problems for some time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sheboygan AutoHelpers. Mark and his team told me that they believe in 100% customer satisfaction and I can 100% confirm that they do.
